Our Story
MedAssist VA was founded in 2020 after recognizing a critical need across healthcare. As clinics grew busier, front desk teams became overwhelmed with administrative tasks, leading to longer wait times, missed calls, and decreased patient satisfaction.
Our founder, with over a decade of experience in medical practice management, saw an opportunity to combine remote virtual assistants with AI-assisted tooling.
